Happy Halloween....

Sorry folks, but things have been very busy and I haven't been able to spend the normal amount of time here. Besides the heavy workload, what I have had to say would not have been very positive. It must be my experience in the private sector, but I am convinced that the Agency should promote and utilize their best people to provide the best in training to their Officers. Please explain to me where I have gone wrong, there must be some reason why agencies continue to perpetuate the status quo, mediocrity. It drives me up a wall.

On a positive note, ATCET Blaine has come alive and is doing a bang up job in the Northwest. Good people, good training, local support, good results...That is how it works.
